When activating an active profile, you formally consent to the following core guidelines:

• ✔ All registered operators must maintain accurate and valid profile definitions.
• ✔ You are responsible for protecting access tokens and portal passwords.
• ✔ All changes originating within your portal belong entirely to your footprint.

4. Event Organizers

Event directors assume standalone accountability over listing distributions:

• ▪ Publish authentic parameters, location details, and matching schedules.
• ▪ Ensure total compliance with local regional consumer regulations.
• ▪ Punctually alert ticket-holders regarding changes, date shifts, or cancellations.

5. Ticket Purchases & Acceptable Use

Pricing is assigned exclusively by event planners. Cancellations run strictly via the host organizer's assigned rules. Please review metrics carefully before passing payment keys.

You covenant not to launch malicious operations, introduce system payloads, bypass portal boundaries, or post aggressive content onto platform workspaces.

6. Financial Processing & Assets

Financial items route securely via tokenized third-party processors. GiveT never logs or hosts unencrypted primary credit card info within local databases.

All core software structures, visual graphics, visual code, branding, and assets stay protected and belong strictly to GiveT.

7. Privacy Sync & Liability Bounds

All handling rules tracking personal identifiers conform tightly to our operational definitions.

GiveT manages software frameworks, not local sites. We waive legal accountability for planning disruptions, host cancellations, timeline shifts, or user conflicts.

8. Suspension Rights & Term Changes

We preserve absolute executive control to decouple portal access instantly if your actions threaten the structural safety or design rules of the network.

We maintain the authority to rewrite these parameters. Continuous interactions inside the app suite declare automatic acceptance of refreshed criteria.
