When activating an active profile, you formally consent to the following criteria system guidelines:

  • Secure account access tokens and workspace configurations.
  • Accept responsibility for all operations made through your profile.

4. Event Organizers

Event planners and coordinators maintain total standalone responsibility and ownership for:

  • Publish honest, legal, and authentic event terms.
  • Comply cleanly with local governance and consumer safety rules.
  • Manage attendee entries, ticket parameters, and updates quickly.

5. Ticket Purchases & Rules

Transacted passes follow specific parameters set by the host organizer. Refunds, entry rules, and fallback cancellations match local conditions unless specified by system layouts.

6. Acceptable Platform Use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful actions, false pricing variables, database breakthrough attempts, or injecting malicious tracking scripts or payloads.

7. Intellectual Property

All core frameworks, code architectures, structures, graphics, and system styling are owned exclusively by GiveT and protected under trademark guidelines.

8. Liability & Modifications

GiveT operates purely as an infrastructure layer and waives all accountability for planning losses, builder cancel actions, or financial event disputes.
